Is this Texas Adult 6 hour driver Ed course online?

Yes, this driver’s Ed course is 100% online, allowing you to complete you pre-requisites before you can apply for a Texas driver’s license.

Is this 6 hour driving course approved by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation?

Yes, our course is approved by Texas TDLR. You can take this online driver’s education course if you are residing in Texas and fall in the age bracket of 18 and 24 or even if you are applying for the first time. However if you’re an adult over 25 in need of a license then our course is a huge convenience, as it allows you to take your written DPS test online saving your trip to the DPS.

Do I have to sit through this for six hours all at once?

Our online system allows a period of 180 days to complete the course. If you start today and tread on your own pace, you can log in and out unlimited times at your will to complete the course.

Do I have to take a written test at the DPS?

The most attractive offer of our online course is that you automatically clear the written test required at the DPS. So, you will not be asked to complete the written test there. All you have to do is provide the certificate of completion we will send you when you are getting your license.

Can I print my own course completion certificate?

Yes, absolutely. After completing the course you will get your course completion certificate in your email within an hour. Take a print out and bring it to the DPS when you come. Your printed certificate will be accepted by the all DPS across Texas! No need to wait 5 or 10 business days to get your certificate anymore.

How many attempts do I have to pass the final exam?

You have unlimited attempts to pass the final exam. You will not be charged for each attempts. Although, most of our students pass the test in the first try because our course is designed to teach everything required to pass the final exam.

What do I need to do after completing the course?

The department of public safety for the state of Texas requires evidence of completing the driver’s Ed course successfully. However, driving skills will be tested at the DPS. This is a requirement for all drivers seeking to acquire a driver’s license.

What is Impact Texas Young Drivers Course?

Impact Texas Young Drivers Course is a new one hour online course introduced by the Texas state as an additional requirement. You must complete this online course after you complete our 6 hour online course. This course can be taken from the DPS website free of cost.
