Driver License in Texas if you are 18 to 24 Years

As per Texas state law anyone above the age of 18 who wants to get a driver’s license for the very first time has to complete a driver education course. Though this course can be completed in a classroom, taking it online makes it easier.

What does the Course Material consists of?

The course is six hours and comprises of everything that a driver should know when hitting the road. The course includes basic driving skills, rules of the road, safety signs and basic defensive driving tricks that can keep you vigilant and safe on the road. The course is completely online. No Driving Test Required for Permit

If you are looking to get a permit instead of license, there will be no driving test for you in the DPS.
